My extensions don't work. What do I do?

Symptoms

Commands "Intro Animation" and "Outro Animation" are grayed out under "Item" menu.

Solution

To understand intro and outro animation concept try the following:
  1. Launch the program
  2. Choose "Blank Animation" if you running version 4.5 or above, otherwise you will start with blank animation automatically
  3. Choose "Circle" tool
  4. Draw an ellipse in the frame, make sure it's selected
  5. From the "Image" menu choose "Intro Animation"
  6. Choose an effect from the list. Set the speed to "medium". Click OK
  7. Press F9 to enjoy the animation
Can you see an ellipse fading in? If not contact technical support.
