I can't import JPEG images in CMYK format

Symptoms

JPEG image imported to Bannershop GIF Animator appears as black box

Solution

Bannershop GIF Animator is not able to convert CMYK JPEG images to RGB. Resave your JPEG image to RGB format in external image processor.
