Span the menu 100% width

How to span the menu bar in "Standard" mode.
By default the menu bar (in "Standard" mode) has fixed width. To use browser width place the script inside a TABLE with background color, height, valign and width=100% defined:

<TABLE WIDTH="100%" HEIGHT=28 BORDER=0 BGCOLOR=#034887> <TR VALIGN=TOP><TD> <SCRIPT SRC="s1042.js"></SCRIPT> </TD></TR></TABLE>

Background color must match menu color.
