Preview button doesn't work

Preview button doesn't work.

SYMPTOMS: No content appears when you click preview button (green arrow) or hit F9 key.
This problem occurs on Windows XP Service Pack 2

Run Internet Explorer and choose Tools > Internet Options.
Choose the Advanced tab, then scroll to the Security section.
Enable "Allow active content to run in files on my computer".
Click OK.
